Rebounding with Sabrina is a high-vibe, low-impact movement class using mini trampolines to energize your body and uplift your spirit. This class combines dynamic cardio, targeted core work, and restorative stretches, creating a balanced and empowering workout for all levels. Rooted in joy and movement, this class supports lymphatic drainage, strengthens muscles, improves balance, and boosts mood—without the harsh impact on joints.

This invigorating 60-minute experience blends movement, strength, and stillness to energize your body and calm your mind. Rebound & Restore is thoughtfully divided into three 20-minute segments, each designed to support your physical vitality and emotional balance.

🔸 20 Min Rebounding – Start with a fun, low-impact cardio session on mini trampolines to boost circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and elevate your energy.

🔸 20 Min Pilates Core Work – Move into deep, intentional Pilates-based exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

🔸 20 Min Stretch & Meditation – Finish with gentle stretching and a guided meditation to release tension, restore balance, and leave you grounded and refreshed. Whether you're looking to sweat, sculpt, or surrender—this class offers the perfect blend.
