After dedicating 42 years to the field of medicine as a Clinical Social Worker and working with tens of thousands of patients, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that yoga, breathwork, and meditation can have on both mental and physical health. My journey has been about merging Eastern and Western medical practices to offer a holistic perspective on self-healing.
