Class Description
Take a pause midweek and give your body the care it deserves. This deep stretch yoga class focuses on long-held, gentle poses targeting hamstrings, quads, back, and more—perfect for releasing tightness, improving flexibility, and calming your nervous system.
Designed to enhance recovery and promote restful sleep, 80% of this class is floor-based to nurture deep connective tissues and melt away tension. Come flow, breathe, and unwind in a calming, supportive space.
