This invigorating 60-minute class is designed to awaken your body, strengthen your core, and calm your mind. We begin with 20 minutes of rebounding, using mini trampolines to stimulate the lymphatic system, boost circulation, and elevate your energy with low-impact, high-intensity movement. Next, we shift into 20 minutes of Pilates, focusing on controlled movements that strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Finally, we transition into 20 minutes of deep stretching and guided meditation, allowing you to release tension, restore balance, and enter a state of relaxation. Leave feeling energized, centered, and refreshed!
