Class Description
Dive into the half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga—a powerful and flowing practice that emphasizes breath-linked movement and precise alignment. This class guides you through foundational postures including Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), standing and seated poses, and finishing stretches.
Jessica offers thoughtful modifications, making this class accessible for all levels while encouraging personal growth and a deeper connection to your body and mind. The meditative rhythm created by breath and movement fosters mindfulness and inner awareness throughout your practice.
