Class is 1 hour, which includes, warm up, cool down, and stretching.
Please be in class 5 minutes early to get set up and settled in.
Shoes are optional, I personally prefer bare feet.
Your first class will be $10, $20 for drop ins, with punch cards & packages available after that bring classes to $15 each.
